Paras’n Services was established in 2024, but its foundation is built upon decades of combined experience from its founders. Paul spent over ten years driving shuttle buses for a large ministry while also serving as a counselor, gaining a unique perspective on how to serve people with care. With over 20 years of advocating for seniors and counseling families, Alicia brings a deep understanding of empathy and respect to the table.

Together, they crafted a vision of customer service that goes beyond policies and regulations. As Paul and Alicia put it, “Customer service is much more than policies and regulations; it’s a lifestyle, it’s human decency.” At Paras’n Services, we are a diverse family, growing with every new team member and each client we serve, committed to making a difference through compassion and care.
